The foam roller discount was active, but customers could only see the $5 discount after adding the product to the cart. This made the offer less visible on the product page and reduced clarity during the buying decision.
The Flipbench setup also needed improvement. Different product combinations were not presented in one simple flow. Customers needed an easier way to choose between bench only, bench + leg attachment, or 2 benches + 2 leg attachments from a single product page.
Brazyn Life also wanted to promote the new wheel kits as a product-page upsell, so customers could add them while selecting their Flipbench option.
