Previously users had to login/create account before entering their directory data. So users had to create their account before entering the data. For this, sometimes users left the site before purchasing the directory.
And also customer wanted to make the directory URLs SEO-friendly, previously it was not SEO-friendly.
The main challenge was to enable users to add the directory data first without login or creating account and making the directory URLs SEO-friendly.

We studied the customer’s existing flow and changed the flow according to the requirement. We let the users to select the directory type first, then entering the directory data and finally create their account or login in the checkout page where they enter card details to pay.
And to make the directory URLs SEO-friendly, we proposed a different way of adding the directories and changing the payment gateway to Custom rather than via Woocommerce.
The final solution helped users to enter their directory data before creating account and make the directory URLs SEO-friendly as per customer’s desired structure. It also helps to change the meta title as per how customer wanted.
