Customer’s Problem

The client needed a mobile experience that could support real workflow complexity. Users needed to create tasks quickly, assign doers and checkers, review completed work and access analytics without moving through too many screens.

The app also had to work across different Frappe/ERPNext backend versions. Some tenants had newer backend fields, while others used older configurations. The client needed one stable mobile build that could adapt to these differences without forcing every tenant into a backend migration.

Customer Interaction

Users can create tasks through natural voice commands, assign team members, set reviewers and open analytics views using simple spoken instructions. The app handles real-world inputs like relative dates, time phrases and team member names.

Checker workflows allow reviewers to approve or reject tasks directly from the task detail screen. This keeps the review process clear while keeping the original task and approval records connected.
